Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or applying for membership, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised use. Where sign-in providers such as email/password or Google Sign-In are offered, they authenticate you only — they do not by themselves grant membership, candidacy or any administrative role.

Membership applications are reviewed under the party's registration and approval workflow. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Member codes, membership status and related records are issued and maintained by the party.

• Do not impersonate another person or submit false identity or membership information.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or administrative functions you are not authorised to use.
• Do not probe, scan, overload or interfere with the platform or its security controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

You keep ownership of the documents, photos and information you submit, and grant the party the permission needed to store and process them for membership administration, verification, communications and official party records.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where fraud or a security risk is suspected, or where required by law or party governance decisions.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep it secure and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform.
